About the Junior programs

Our junior programs are designed to provide children of all ages and skill levels with a fun and engaging environment where they can learn and develop their tennis skills. All of our programs are led by our team of experienced coaches, and provide a safe and welcoming space for children to develop their physical abilities, social skills, and self-confidence. If your child is a beginner level tennis player they should be registered in a "Learn" level program. "Practice" level programs are tailored for juniors who already have a basic understanding of the game and are looking to further develop their skills. The Develop, Compete and Team programs all require a multi-day commitment, as well as an assessment in order to enter. These programs run from September-December. Our practice, develop, compete and performance programs require an assessment in order to enter. If you are interested in one of these programs for your child please call the centre at 604-363-1773 in order to book a free 15 minute assessment to determine if your child is the appropriate level for these programs. If your child was recommended for a Practice, Develop or Compete level program, please email Anna (anna@thetenniscentre.ca) to register.
