About the Practice programs

Practice

Train your skills in a fun, intense and drill based environment with our Practice Programs. 

Practice programs are designed to give players high repetitions in order to help you master your skills. 

You will notice that practice programs begin at the 2.0 level, this is because players at the 1.0 (Instant Tennis) and 1.5 levels require more instructional training, which is better provided in the "Learn" programs. 

In order to enter 2.0 level programs and higher you will need to be assessed by our Tennis Director. Assessments are free and take approximately 15 minutes. You can set up an assessment by calling the front desk at 604-363-1773.
